Discrimination

Discrimination will not be tolerated at Housatonic Academy. “Discrimination” can be defined as making distinctions on the basis of class or category without regard to individual merit (i.e. race, ethnicity, creed, religion, gender, sexual orientation).

Housatonic Academy conforms to and believes in Massachusetts General Law 622 from 1971, and Title IX of 1943, that all aspects of programming are open and available to all students without regard to race, sex, religion, sexual orientation, or national origin.

If you believe you are being discriminated against, please be sure that you or a parent/guardian contact the clinician, the Director or the Asst. Director.
